The Attorney General had prosecuted the thirteen litigants including MP Duminda Silva on the charge of killing four people including Bharatha Lakshman Premachandra.

Presidents Counsel, Hemantha Warnakulasuriya said: "We want to make a composed accommodation to the Attorney General over this matter to demand that they be discharged. We will do it once we acquire the case record … " 

Western Provincial Councilor of UPFA, Hirunika Premachandra said: "The body of evidence against all the suspects was alluded to the High Court. I was unable to avoid the fact that the thirteenth respondent would not be alluded to the High Court. At the same time, what we longed for occurred. I accept that the courts will be reasonable. We have languished over more than more than two years. Presently its my tur
